Terms of Service

Welcome to Levio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Levio website and web application (the "Service"). By registering for an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Levio is an AI-powered service that generates personalized daily audio podcasts based on your goals, knowledge baseline, and commute schedule. The generated audio is for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

2. Subscriptions and 3-Day Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users.

  • Billing: If you do not cancel before the end of the 3-day trial period, your account will automatically be converted to a paid weekly subscription, and your provided payment method will be charged.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time ("in one tap") through your account settings. If you cancel, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-week subscription periods.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Exception for Digital Content: By signing up for Levio and starting the audio generation process, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract (the delivery of the digital audio content) before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or streaming of the content has begun.

4. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (your goals, motivation, baseline, and schedule). By using the Service, you grant Levio a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content for the sole purpose of generating and delivering your personalized podcasts. The audio podcasts generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Levio relies on third-party AI providers to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. The content is provided for educational and motivational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Always use your own judgment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to reverse engineer the Service, abusing the AI generation pipeline, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Right of Withdrawal — Model Form

Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal: For contracts regarding the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as the generated audio podcasts in our Service), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun with the performance of the contract after you have expressly consented that we begin with the performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you have acknowledged that by your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has started.
