3-Day Free Trial

Levio offers a 3-day free trial for all new users. You can cancel your trial at any time before the 3 days are up, and you will not be charged.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because we offer a fully functional 3-day free trial for you to evaluate the service, and due to the immediate digital nature of our AI-generated audio content, all sales are final once the trial period ends and your subscription begins.

• We do not offer refunds or credits for active subscriptions.
• We do not provide partial refunds for mid-week cancellations.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time with one tap in your account settings. If you cancel, you will retain full access to Levio until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

EU Right of Withdrawal

By using Levio, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your EU statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the audio generation has started.
